Server log files
When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information that your browser transmits. This includes the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system used.
This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is not used to identify individual visitors. Log files are retained only for as long as is necessary for the secure and technically correct operation of the site, and are deleted thereafter.
Hosting
This website is hosted by a professional hosting provider within the European Union. The hosting provider processes the log file data described above on our behalf, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Contacting us
If you write to us by email or call us, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with the matter and to meet any statutory retention obligations. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking technologies. There is therefore no consent banner.
The site stores a single technical value in your browser's session storage, to note that the opening animation has already been shown. This value contains no personal data, is not transmitted anywhere, and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.
No third-party content
Fonts, images and film material are served exclusively from our own server. This website loads no external fonts, no content delivery networks, no maps, no embedded video platforms and no social media plugins. No data about your visit reaches any third party.
External link
The contact section links to an external Instagram profile. This link only takes effect when you click it; no data is transmitted beforehand. Once you follow the link, the privacy policy of the operator of that platform applies.
Portfolio download
The portfolio PDF is a plain file download from our own server. It requires no registration and no email address, and its retrieval is recorded only in the server log files described above.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- have your data erased (Art. 17);
- have processing restricted (Art. 18);
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
